What we can help with

• Topic listings — a topic on our homepage that is unclear, mislabelled or no longer relevant.
• Site content — a statement on one of our pages that seems inaccurate or out of date.
• Privacy requests — access, deletion, correction or opt-out requests under our Privacy Policy.
• Accessibility — anything here that is hard to read, navigate or operate with assistive technology.
• Advertising and legal — questions about our sponsored links or the Terms and Conditions.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell, finance, deliver or service vehicles, and we have no order, booking or account system. If your question is about a specific offer, price or seller that you reached after leaving this site, it must go to that advertiser or merchant directly — we have no visibility of their listings, stock or customer records.

We also do not provide financial, legal, tax or insurance advice.

Response expectations

Email enquiries are normally acknowledged within two business days, with a substantive reply as soon as the question allows. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes described in our Privacy Policy. Anything received over a weekend or public holiday is picked up on the next business day. Telephone enquiries are answered during Pacific business hours; email is usually quicker for readers in other time zones.
